SEBS - Elastron G
SEBS is a premium styrenic block copolymer produced through the hydrogenation of SBS. This process eliminates the double bonds present in the polymer structure, resulting in significantly improved stability and durability.
Advantages
- Service temperature -50˚C to 120˚C
- Wide hardness range (12ShA - 46ShD)
- Resistance to weathering, ozone, UV and impact
- Reduced cost with easy processing.
- Non hygroscopic, pre-drying is not necessary except G201 and G500 series
- Resistance to acid, base and detergents
- Abrasion resistance
- Antistatic compounds available
- Adhesion to PA, ABS, PS and PC engineering plastics
- FDA and EU 10/2011 compliant grades avaliable
- Available in translucent and transparent forms
- Density changes between 0,88 and 1,20 g/cm³
